Governor Wes Moore today delivered his third State of the State address. Before a joint session of the Maryland General Assembly, the governor spoke about investing in industries of the future, reforming the tax code, and investing in Marylanders by meeting crisis with courage in the face of one of the most challenging and consequential legislative sessions in recent history.
