UPDATE 6/13/2025: On June 2, 2025, Judge Amy Lorenzini found Pease guilty of Assault First Degree and sentenced him to 25 years, with all but 18 months suspended. Pease received credit for 226 days of time served. Upon his release, Pease will be placed on supervised probation for 5 years. Special conditions noted in court documents show that Pease has to submit to evaluation, attend and successfully complete mental health treatment and directed by supervising agent. Submit to, successfully complete evaluation, testing and treatment education. Attend and successfully complete alcohol and drug treatment. Pease has also been ordered to pay the female victim restitution in the amount of $63,314.69 The victim had to undergo multiple surgeries which left her with a plate and multiple surgical screws in her arm, which caused permanent disfigurement. The victim also requires IV pain management due to the severity of her injuries. 10/21/2024: Jonathan David Pease, 39, of Clements, was arrested on October 18, 2024, and charged with first and second-degree assault following a violent incident on October 15, 2024, at his residence on Mount Chance Court in Clements.
