Captain David Yingling addresses St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and Maryland State Police Troopers at the California Walmart on Friday as Maximum Deployment begins. For the 10th year in a row, Maximum Deployment is underway today as the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police employ high visibility patrols and increased police presence at local shopping centers, roadways and neighborhoods.
