St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Youth Gun Violence Task Force Adds the Federal Bureau of Investigation to List of Partners

UPDATE 7/27/2021: Sheriff Tim Cameron is pleased to welcome the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a collaborative community partner in the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Youth Gun Violence Task Force. “FBI Baltimore is proud to partner with the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and assist the Youth Gun Violence Task Force that was formed this summer. While our respective agencies have different roles and responsibilities, fighting violent crime is a duty we all share. It’s one team, and one fight,” said Thomas J. Sobocinski, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Baltimore Field Office. “In today’s world, the threats we face are too diverse, too dangerous, and too all-encompassing for any of us to tackle alone. We hope that by providing additional investigative resources to St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Deputies we can help provide necessary assistance to create a safer community.” UPDATE 6/16/2021: Sheriff Tim Cameron is pleased to announce several new community partners assisting with the Youth Gun Violence Task Force.
